FREE POSTAL ENTRY

5.1 Where a competition offers a free postal entry route, you may enter without making a purchase by sending your entry by ordinary First or Second Class post to:

5.2 The free postal entry route is available at the normal cost of postage. Hand-delivered entries, recorded delivery, special delivery or other delivery methods requiring additional charges will not be accepted as free postal entries.

5.3 Each postal entry must be submitted separately and must contain all information required by the published postal entry instructions.

5.4 Your postal entry must include:

• The name of the competition you wish to enter
• Your full name
• Your postal address
• Your telephone number
• Your email address
• The answer to the qualifying question
• Any other information specifically requested in the postal entry instructions

5.5 All information provided must be accurate and, where applicable, correspond with the information held on your Prize Hive account.

5.6 Each valid postal entry will provide one competition ticket, subject to the maximum of 100 tickets per individual competition.

5.7 The maximum of 100 tickets applies to the total number of tickets obtained through both paid and free postal entry routes combined.

5.8 Multiple valid postal entries may be submitted, provided that the total number of tickets held by the individual does not exceed the applicable maximum.

5.9 Postal entries must be received before the relevant competition closing date and time. Proof of posting does not guarantee that an entry will be received in time.

5.10 Each valid postal entry will have exactly the same opportunity to win as an eligible paid entry.

5.11 Prize Hive reserves the right to reject postal entries that are incomplete, illegible, received after the closing time, exceed the applicable entry limit or do not comply with the published postal entry requirements.
